Silvina E. De Frias

Dartmouth – Silvina E. (Correia) De Frias, age 89, of Dartmouth, MA passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at Brandon Woods of Dartmouth with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Antonio De Frias.

Born in Agua de Alto, Sao Miguel, Azores, she was the beloved daughter of the late Joao Luis Correia and Maria Encarnacao (Frias) Correia. She had been a seamstress for Langshore Manufacturing and later worked for AFC Cable.

Silvina is survived by her son, Antonio De Frias, Jr. and his wife Marcia; her daughters, Maria E. Botelho and Maria Helen De Frias; 3 grandchildren, Steven De Frias, Melissa De Frias and Jessica Botelho; brother, Joao Manuel Correia; sister-in-law, Rozarinha Correia; as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her late brother, Mariano Reis Correia.

Silvina’s visiting hours and funeral services will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024. Visiting hours will be held from 8:00 A.M. – 9:30 A.M. at Perry Funeral Home and followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 10:00 A.M. Burial will immediately follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
