Shirley Ann Pardo

New Bedford – Shirley Ann (Housewright) Pardo, age 71, of New Bedford has passed away on August 17th, 2023 at St. Luke's Hospital. She was the wife of the late Fernando Pardo and former wife of Joseph S. Bousquet. She was born in Juliustown, New Jersey to the late Hazel (Willey) and William Housewright. She worked at Harvey Windows as an assembler. Shirley loved her family and friends.

Shirley is survived by her son, Joseph S. Bousquet Jr. and his wife Patricia and her daughter; Irene Caya and her husband Harold, grandchildren, Aiden Caya, Alex J. Bousquet and Patrisha A. Bousquet; siblings, Marie Cardoza, Leon Housewright, Margaret Cabral, Bernice Sylvia and Richard Housewright; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late William, James and Larry Housewright.

Shirley’s visiting hours will be held on Monday, August 21, 2023 from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth Street, New Bedford, MA 02740. Her funeral service will take place on Tuesday, in the funeral home, beginning at 11:00 A.M. with a service to be held at 11:30 A.M. Burial will immediately follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
