Jason Silveira

New Bedford – Jason A. Silveira, age 39, of New Bedford, MA passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at St. Luke’s Hospital with his loving family by his side.

Jason was born in New Bedford, MA to Joao Silveira and Maria Manuela (Santos) Silveira. His favorite soccer team was Sporting and he loved playing video games.

He is survived by his parents, Joao and Maria Silveira; his sister Alison Oliveria and her husband Claudio; maternal grandmother, Maria Lourdes Barcelos and his nephew, Noah Oliveira; as well as aunts and uncles.

Jason’s visiting hours and funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. Visiting hours will be held from 8:00 A.M. - 9:30 A.M. and followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 10:00 A.M. Burial will immediately follow in Rural Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth Street, New Bedford MA.
