Dolores Adelaide Alexander

Marion, MA – Dolores Adelaide (Bizarro) Alexander age 92, of New Bedford, MA passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at Sippican Nursing Home with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Manuel Pacheco Alexander Jr.

She was born in New Bedford, MA and was the daughter of the late Mary (Sylvia) Bizarro and Manuel Mello Bizarro. Dolores had been a sales clerk for Cove Discount Center for many years.

Dolores is survived by her son, Michael Rebello and his fiancé Cheryl Hebert; her daughter, Theresa Marie Pouliot and her husband Donald; her stepson, Walter Alexander; grandchildren, Kelli Crooks, Kristie Machado, Shaun Rebello, Sherry Castelo and Katie Andrade; a sister, Marjorie Ann Sullivan; as well as several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Richard James Rebello and Brian Keith Rebello; grandmother of the late Richard James Rebello Jr. and James Connor and sister of the late Carl Earl Bizarro.

Her visiting hours will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Perry Funeral Home from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. with a service to take place at 12:00 P.M. Burial will immediately follow in St. John Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that a donation be made in Memory of Dolores to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth Street, New Bedford.
