Daniel Stephen Medeiros

New Bedford – Daniel Stephen Medeiros, age 48, of Fairhaven passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2024 at St. Luke’s Hospital with his loving family by his side after a long illness.  

Daniel was born in Wareham, MA to Cynthia Eileen (Trudel) Raymond and the late Dennis Medeiros. Danny was an avid sports fan. He had worked as a carpenter and most recently had worked as a cook. He had a lot of friends and enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved watching sports and loved his Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins. He also loved music and loved to play drums.

Daniel is survived his sons, Jarred Daniel Medeiros and Junior M. Medeiros; his daughter, Taelor Medeiros; his mother, Cynthia (Trudel) Raymond and stepfather,

Michael Raymond; his brothers, Victor Meservey Jr., TWIN brother, Dennis C. Medeiros and Kevin Medeiros; as well as his nephews, Kevin Jr, Zachary, Andre, Jacobe and Jaden.

He was predeceased by his late father, Dennis C. Medeiros, Sr.

Daniel’s visiting hours will be held on Friday, January 12, 2024 at Perry Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. with a service to be held during this time. Cremation to follow.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth Street, New Bedford MA.
