Ambrosio Correia Amaral

Amesbury, MA – Ambrosio C. Amaral passed away peacefully on June 25, 2024 from a terminal illness.

Born on 6/1/1978 in New Bedford, MA, he was the son of Maria Fatima (Correia) Amaral and the late Ambrosio M. Amaral. He is predeceased by his father and his beloved dog, Skitz.

He is survived by his mother, Maria Fatima Amaral of New Bedford; two sisters, Joyce Zielinski and spouse Peter Zielinski of Westport and Linda Amaral and Fiancé Felix Bruno-Galindez of New Bedford; two nieces, Felicia Hernandez of New Bedford and Marguerite Zielinski and fiancé Brandon Calouro of Westport.

Ambrosio had a very strong will and free spirit. He enjoyed visiting all parts of Massachusetts and other states in New England, he liked the big cities as well as the beaches. 

Ambrosio had traveled several times to the Acores, visiting different islands, hiked the volcano of Pico and learned about his culture. He enjoyed all of his electronic devices and had a love for animals. “Descanse Em Paz”
