Alice Candido

Fall River, MA – Alice (Nunes) Candido, age 81, of New Bedford, MA passed away at Charlton Memorial Hospital with her loving family by her side on Thursday, June 27, 2024. 

Alice was born in New Bedford, MA and was the beloved daughter of the late Seraphim Nunes and Alice (Grew) Nunes.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Marie Adams and her husband Larry Adams Jr. and Karen Candido and her husband Jose Sousa; 1 son, Joseph Candido; grandchildren, Brian Sousa and his wife Brooke Pilkington, Lisa Crane and her husband Robert Crane, Salena Adams, Larry Adams III and Jennifer Sousa; great-grandchildren, Jayse Sousa, Mia Sousa, Mason Souza, Madyson Souza, Lilly Wagner, Logan Crane, Lyra Crane and Rylee Crane. She was also the mother of the late Deborah Ann Candido. 

Alice’s visitation and funeral services were held in private per the family’s request.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth Street, New Bedford.
