Aldina S. DaSilva

New Bedford – Aldina S. DaSilva, age 82, of New Bedford, MA passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at Hathaway Manor. She was the beloved wife of the late Manuel DaSilva.

Aldina was born in Ribeira Grande, Sao Miguel, Azores and was the daughter of the late Manuel Soares Andre and Maria da Estrela (Arruda) Andre. She had been a loving homemaker to her family throughout the years.

Aldina is survived by her son, Manuel DaSilva; her daughter, Ester Marrero; grandchildren, Leah Bye and her husband Justin and Andru Marrero; her great-grandchildren, Leila Bye and Wyatt Bye; her siblings, Angela Costa, Ines Mauriceo, Jorgina Pacheco, Maria Amaral, Zenaide Mauriceo and Daniel Soares; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her late siblings, Jose André, Herculano André, Herneste André.
