Mary V. Farias

New Bedford, MA.-Mary Virginia Farias age 71years died August 30th at St. Lukes Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Laurenio Farias. Mary was the loved mother of Lucille “Lucy” Farias, Maria Farias, Laurenio “Larry” Farias, and John Farias, grandmother of Kevin and Brett Farias. Sister of Tiberio and Carlos Almeida, Dolores Camara and the late John Almeida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Farias was a daughter of the late Mary (Correia) and Antonio Almeida. She was born in St Michael, Azores. She worked as a stitcher working at Berkshire Hathaway until she retired.

Mrs. Farias’ will have a graveside service on Friday September 2nd at Pine Grove Cemetery at 10 A.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
