Constance Frates

New Bedford Constance Frates died February 9, 2004 at St. Luke’s Hospital.She was the wife of the late Frank F. Frates. She is the mother of The late Priscila Theresa Saulnier.She was the Grandmother of Deborah Saulnier of New Bedford, Lori Saulnier of New Bedford, & Nicole Saulnier of Fall River. Sister of Christina Torres of New Bedford, mother in law of Roy O. Saulnier.

Mrs. Frates was the daughter of the late Mary I. ( Jesus) & Manuel Alexandre. She was a Homemaker.

Visiting hours will be Thursday February 12, 2004 from 5-7 P.M. Funeral will be @ 11 A.M. at the Funeral Home with services by Fr. Jack Oliveira.
