John T. Luiz

-John T. Luiz of New Bedford died Wednesday January 28, 2004 at St. Luke’s Hospital. He was the husband of Maria L. (Rebello) Luiz. He was the father of Karen Luiz of New Bedfrod, Step-father of Patricia Reynolds of New Bedford, and Grandfather of Kaylee Reynolds of New Bedford, He was the brother of George Luiz of Dartmouth, and Ernie Luiz of New Bedford, and the late Ray Luiz.

Born in New Bedford. He was the son of the late Jose M. G. Luiz Jr. and Doris (Treadup) Luiz.

He was a supervisor/cutter for Superior Sportswear before his retirement.

Funeral Mass. Will be on Friday January 30, 2004 at 9 A.M. at Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish. Visiting hours are Thursday January 29, 2004 from 5-8 P.M.
