He is the step-son of John Holmes of Dorchester, MA. He was the father of Daja Rae Andrade of New Bedford, He was the brother of Matthew Joseph Andrade of Dorchester, He was the Grandson of Jeanette Barboza and the late John ”Sonny” Andrade he was the step grandson of Vincent Barboza

The Funeral Mass will take place Saturday January 31, 2004 at Our Lady of the Assumption Church at 9 am. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, New Bedford, MA.
