Rosa Maria (Dias) Jordan

New Bedford – Rosa Maria (Dias) Jordan, age 36 years, died Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at St. Luke’s Hospital. She was the beloved wife of William R. Jordan. Mrs. Jordan was the mother of Nicholas and Cheyanne Jordan both of New Bedford. Rosa also leaves behind two brothers; Joseph and Carlos Dias both of New Bedford. She also leaves behind five nieces and nephews and several cousins.

Mrs. Jordan was the daughter of Rosa (Goulart) Dias of New Bedford and the late Manuel Dias. She worked as a personal care attended.

Mrs. Jordan‘s funeral will be Monday at the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. at 8:15 A.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church at 10 A.M. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery #2. Visitation is prior to the Mass.
