Antonio D. Ventura

New Bedford- Antonio D. Ventura age 47 years died April 3, 2011 at Boston University Medical Center. He was the loved father of Allison Ventura, loved brother of Maria Martins of New Bedford, Jose DeEstacio of Flores, Azores, Natalina DeFreitas of California, Estela Pimentel of New Bedford, Maria Estacio Lourenco of Stoughton, Ma, Horacio Ventura of Texas, and Jose Ventura of New Bedford and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Ventura was the son of the late Emilia (Silveira) and Antonio Ventura. He was born in Ponta Delgada, Flores, Açores. Mr. Ventura was formerly employed as a Manager in Retail Hardware Store.

Mr. Ventura’s Funeral will be from the Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. on Wednesday at 8 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 9 A.M. Burial will follow at St. Johns Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 4 – 8 P.M.
