Robert A. Carvalho

New Bedford - Robert A. Carvalho, 45, of New Bedford died Monday, December 29, 2003 at St. Luke's Hospital. He is survived by his parents Antone D. and Clara (Pavao) Carvalho of New Bedford. He is also survived by two sisters Lynne Carvalho of New Bedford and Michelle Carvalho of New Hampshire, a brother Keith Carvalho of Falmouth, his former wife Charlotte (Spooner) Carvalho and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mr. Carvalho was born in New Bedford and lived in this area all of his life. He was a mechanic by trade but was also a musician that played with several local bands.

Calling hours are Tuesday December 30th from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St., Religious services will begin at 6:30 P.M. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Donations in his memory may be made to the American Lung Association, 1 Abbey Lane, Middleboro, MA. 02346.
