Mary T. (Martin) Botelho

New Bedford-Mary T. Botelho age 94 years died Friday December 17, 2010 at St. Luke’s Hospital after a period of declining health. She was the beloved widow of Manuel Botelho. She was the Loved Mother of Mary Albino and her husband Robert of Acushnet. Mary was the loving Grandmother of Wendy Medeiros and her husband John of New Bedford, Kelly Landry and her husband Kevin of North Dartmouth, Tracy Albino-Daggett and her husband Scott of Acushnet and Amy Beaulieu and her husband Jay of New Bedford. She was the Great-grandmother of Kristina Medeiros, Sabrina and Madison Beaulieu. Mary was the sister of Harold Martin of Acushnet and had 4brothers and 3 sisters predeceased her. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Botelho was the daughter of the late Jesse and Emily (Perry) Martin. Mary was born in Lowell, MA. And has lived in this area since 1941. She was formerly employed at Cornell-Dubilier as an assembler.

Mrs. Botelho’s Funeral will be Monday December 20th at Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. at 8:30 A.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church Fairhaven, at 10 A.M. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery. Visiting hours are Sunday from 5-8 P.M.
