Arlene (Araujo) Maltais

Boston - Arlene (Araujo) Maltais, age 68 years, died Friday, November 19, 2010 at Beth Israel / Deaconess Hospital unexpectedly. She was the beloved wife of Joseph “Phil” P.R. Maltais of New Bedford. Arlene was the loved mother of the late Cheryl Araujo, grandmother of Jessica, wife of Albert Rodericks and Keri Lynn Lagesse both of New Bedford and great - grandmother of Joann, Terri, John, David and Andy

Mrs. Maltais was the daughter of Aldora (Ferreira) and Arthur Araujo. Arlene was employed as a stritcher, until her retirement.

In accordance with her wishes she was cremated. Visitation and Services will be at the Full Blessing Church, 275 Rivet St. New Bedford, MA. Sunday at 2 to 3 P.M.
