Catherine (Souza) Camara

Fall River - Catherine (Souza) Camara, 68, of Fall River, died Friday December 12, 2003 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Edward A. Camara . Cathy is survived by her daughter Karen M. wife of Roland Lebreux of Tiverton, R.I., her son Edward A. Camara of Fall River and her daughter Maureen Ann wife of David E. DeCambra of Somerset, her four grandchildren: Ashley Lebreux, Derek DeCambra, Desiree Lebreux and Marc DeCambra, two brothers, Ronald Souza of Westport, Antone Souza of Fall River, three sisters Lynn Oliveira of Berkley, Elaine Souza of Fall River and Mary Jane Carter of Florida as well as several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Camara was born in Fall River and lived in the Fall River area all of her life. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Catherine Souza. Cathy was more affectionately known as "Cuz" to all her family. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

The funeral will be Tuesday December 16, 2003 from Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St. Fall River, at 10 A.M., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 A.M. at St. Michael's Church, Essex St., Fall River, MA., Burial will be in the Notre Dame Cemetery in Fall River.
