Lucille M. Dlugosinski

New Bedford-Lucille M. (Desrochers) Dlugosinski age 83 died Sunday October 24, 2010 at St. Luke’s Hospital. She was the wife late of Joseph N. Dlugosinski. Lucille was the mother of Norbert R. Dlugosinski, Elaine Strawn, Linda Dlugosinski, Gayle Outtara, and Jeffrey Dlugosinski. She was the sister of Adelard Pacheco, Doris Francis and the late Simone Francis and Wilfred Menard She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and cousins. She was raised by her late aunt Lillian Tetreault and John Pacheco.
Mrs. Dlugosinski was a daughter of the late Clementine (Menard) and Adelard Desrochers. She was born in New Bedford and lived in this area all of her life. Lucille was employed as a waitress at M and C Café for the 25 years until her retirement. She enjoyed crocheting and playing cards with her family.
Mrs. Dlugosinski’s Funeral will be from the Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. on Thursday at time to be announced with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at St. Anthony of Padua Church at a time to be announced. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 5-8 P.M.
