New Bedford- Manuel Santos aged 82, Died Sunday December 7, 2003 at Lukes Hospital . He was the Husband of Lillian M.(Medeiros) Santos of So. Dartmouth Father of Steven Santos of South Dartmouth, and Jenny Santos of New Bedford, a Grandson Derek and a Granddaughter Kira Santos Wareham. And a Great-granddaughter ,a Brother Antone Santos of Salem, New York, Deceased Brothers Joseph, John and Albert Santos

Mr. Santos was born in New Bedford the son of the Late Evangelina (Souza) and Antone Santos He lived in this area for most his life. Mr Santos had worked as a Machine operator at Goodyear Tire and Rubber, He was a member of the Holy Ghost Society of Horseneck, Portuguese American Civic League and the Goodyear Senior Citizens. Mr. Santos was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II

The funeral Mass will be Wednesday December 10, 2003 at St. Mary’s Church Se. Darmouth at 12 P.M. Family & friends are invited . Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, New Bedford, Ma. Visiting Hours are Tuesday from 6 to 9 P.M. at the funeral home.
