Robert P. Bergeron

New Bedford-Robert P. Bergeron age 64 years died Friday September 3rd unexpectedly at St. Luke’s Hospital. He was the Long Time Companion of Katherine Chaples of New Bedford.

Mr. Bergeron was the son of the late Joseph and Evangeline (Goguen) Bergeron. He was born in Acushnet. He was a laborer with the City of New Bedford until his retirement. He was a member of V. F. W. Post # 3196 David St. American Legion Post # 0166 Fairhaven. And Moose Lodge # 914.He was a U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam.

Mr. Bergeron’s Graveside Service will be Friday September 17th at Rural Cemetery at 10:15 A.M. with Military Honors Relatives and friends are invited. Arrangements are by the Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St.
