Shawn Patrick Perry

Acushnet – Shawn Patrick “Sonny Boy” Perry, age 44, died Saturday, April 3, 2010 at home surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Robin (Stockley) Perry and the father of Shawn Patrick Perry Jr. Shawn was the brother of Scott Perry of Dartmouth, Renee Morlan of Virginia Beach, VA. and Carmen Almeida and Tonya Noonan both of Acushnet. He is also survived by 2 nieces.

Mr. Perry was born in Taunton and lived in this area most of his life. He was the son of Harold Perry of East Taunton and Gerda (Zurn) Perry of New Bedford Shawn was the proprietor of the Awzamp Pool Company. Mr. Perry was a member of the First Baptist Church of Raynham.

Mr. Perry's funeral will be Thursday at the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. at 9 A.M. Services will begin at 10 A.M. Burial will follow at Acushnet Cemetery. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 5 – 8 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited.
