Anna B.F. (Medeiros) Morais

New Bedford - Anna B.F. (Medeiros) Morais, age 94, died Sunday, January 24, 2010 at St. Lukes Hospital. Anna was the wife of Eliuterio C. Morais . Survivors include her children Maria L. Medeiros of New Bedford, Fernando F. Morais of Florida, Antonio F. Morais of Westport, and Anna Tavares of S. Dartmouth, 18 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. She was also the mother of the late Jose F. Morais.

Mrs Morais was the daughter of the late Maria (de Sousa) and Jose Medeiros. She was born in Taunton, Ma. and lived in this city most of her life. Anna was formerly employed as a Stitcher.

Mrs Morais funeral will be Friday at 8:00 A.M. at the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St., New Bedford. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 9:00 A.M. Burial will take place at St. John Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 6 to 9 P.M.
