Peter J. Martin

Dartmouth-Peter J. Martin age 44 years died Tuesday January 19th at St. Luke’s Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband of Julie (De Barros) Martin of North Dartmouth. Peter was the loved father of Luke Robert Martin and Olivia Grace Martin of North Dartmouth. He was the brother of Kelli Taglianetti of North Dartmouth. Peter was the Godfather of Payton Taglianetti.

Mr. Martin was the son of Robert J. “Lefty” Martin and Roberta D. (Cormier) Martin of North Dartmouth. He was born in New Bedford and lived in this area all his life. He was a Real Estate Appraiser. Peter was a member of the New Bedford Country Club, and the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Mr. Martin’s Mass of Christian Burial at St. Julie Billiart Church, in Dartmouth, MA. Saturday at 10:00 A.M. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery. Visiting Hours will be Friday from 5-8 P.M. Arrangements are by the Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St.
