Anne Simon

New Bedford- Anne Simon aged 91 years died January 10, 2010 at home in her sleep. Survivors include her brothers and sisters: Henry Simon of New Bedford and George Simon of California, Mary Sasek of New York, and Helen Taylor of New Bedford. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Ms Simon was the sister of the late John Simon, and Amelia Aguiar and her twin Philip.

Ms. Simon was the daughter of the late Mary (Peters) and John Simon. She was born in New Bedford and lived most her life in South Dartmouth. She was a 1 year resident at Lifestream. Ms. Simon enjoyed playing cards with her brothers and sisters and also loved to go to Davy’s locker for fish and chips.

Ms. Simons service will be Thursday January 14th at Perry Funeral Home at 9:00 A.M.Reverand Garrett Officiating. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours wil be Wednesday from 4-7 P.M. Interment will be at St John Cemetery.
