Patricia (De Mello) Scott

New Bedford-Patricia (De Mello) Scott age 67 died Wednesday January 6, 2010 at St. Luke's Hospital. Patricia was the mother of Cheryl Pires, Manuel Scott and Stephanie Scott all of New Bedford and Christine Scott, of Dartmouth. She was the sister of Kenneth De Mello of New Bedford, Steve De Mello of Dartmouth, Beverly Charrette of Swansea, and the late Robert, George and David De Mello. She is also survived by 8 grand children and 1 great grand son, and by several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Scott was a daughter of the late Hilda (Costa) and Manuel De Mello. Patricia was born in New Bedford and lived in this area all of her life.

Mrs. Scott’s visiting hours will be Saturday morning from 10 A.M. to 1 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited, at the Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. In accordance with her wishes she will be cremated.

In Lieu of flowers, donations to the family will be greatly appreciated.
