Anna B. (Neimic) Gonsalves

New Bedford - Anna B. Gonsalves, age 99, died Sunday October 18, 2009 at Hathaway Manor Extended Care Facility. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles A. Gonsalves. Mrs. Gonsalves was the loved mother of Carl V., husband of Barbara Gonsalves of N. Dartmouth. She is survived by 7 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Mrs. Gonsalves is predeceased by a daughter: Beverly Fish, a son: Donald Gonsalves, 1 grandchild, 2 great grandchildren and several siblings.

Mrs. Gonsalves was the daughter of the late Joseph and Louise (Neimic) Babola. She was born in Acushnet and has lived in this area all of her life. Mrs. Gonsalves worked for Economy Blouse Factory as a stitcher.

Private funeral services for Mrs. Gonsalves were held yesterday at the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St.
