Joseph F. White

Fall River- Joseph F. White died Monday September 21st at Southpointe Rehabilitation and Skilled Care in Fall River, after a long illness. He was the Beloved husband of the late Evelyn (Aguiar) White. He was the loved father of Rachel Botelho of Somerset, MA. Joseph was the loving grandfather of 3, and great-grandfather of 3. He was the brother of Josephine Dupont of New Bedford. Godfather of Antoinette R. Baptiste of Raynham, and former husband of Helena Lagrange of Dartmouth.

Mr. White was the son of the late Lewis and Rose (Pacheco) White. He was born in New Bedford and lived in the Dartmouth area most of his life. He was a communicant of St. Mary Church Padanaram. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of WW II. He was a member of Whaling City Post # 3196, Council on Aging, Friend’s of the Elderly, Mt. Carmel Seniors Club, and New Bedford Revolver & Rifle Club.

Mr. White’s Funeral will be from the Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St.Thursday September 24th at 8:45 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church South Dartmouth, at 10 A.M. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Wednesday evening from 6-8 P.M.
