Inez (Aguiar) Fravica

New Bedford-Inez (Aguiar) Fravica age 83, died Monday April 27, 2009 at Charlton Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Mrs. Fravica was the wife of the late Leonel Fravica. Mother of George husband of Lucy Aguiar of Medfield, MA and Octavio husband of April Aguiar of Lakeville, MA., Grandmother of Kristen, Morgan, Curtis, Julia, Brittany, Rylee and the great-grandmother of Zelia. Sister of Agostinho, Gilbert, Merces and Fernanda; she is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.

Mrs. Fravica was born in Santa Antonio,St Michael, Azores Portugal. She was a daughter of the late Antonio Daniel and Maria (das-Merces) Aguiar. Mrs. Fravica lived in this area since 1969. She was formerly employed as a stitcher for several mills.

Mrs. Fravica’ Funeral will be from the Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. on Saturday at 8 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 9 A.M. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Friday 5-8 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited.
