Maria Isabel Noia Salvador

New Bedford – Maria Isabel Noia Salvador, aged 79 years, died Wednesday December 12, 2007 at home with her family at her side. She was the wife of Joao A. Salvador of New Bedford, Mother of Maria Arlinda Vieira and her husband Gilbert of New Bedford, Ivone Dutra and her husband Fernando of New Bedford, Grandmother of Lisa and Kevin Vieira, Tiffany and Megan Dutra, also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Salvador was the daughter of the late Constantino and Maria doCeu (Noia) Braz. She was born in Flores, Azores, Portugal and lived in this area since 1974. She was formerly employed as a seamstress. She was a parishoner of Mt. Carmel Church.

Mrs. Salvadore’s Funeral is from the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St., on Saturday at 8 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 9 A.M. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Friday from 5-8 P.M.
