Jenney Pina

New Bedford MA, Jenney Pina age 76 years, died December 12, at home after a long Illness. She was the widow of Arnold Pina, and mother of Patricia Pina-Rosa of New Bedford. She is laso survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, a Daughter in law Barbara Pina and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Pina was the mother of the late Elaine DeBarros and Eugene Pina. She was the sister of Henry "Harry" Pina, August "Gussie" Pina, John "Johnny Boy" Pina, Laura Baptist, Mary "Bea" Soto, Carlotta "Tina" DePina, and Ruth Andrews.

Mrs. Pina was the daughter of the late Maria (Gomes)and Joaquim Pina. She was born in New Bedford and lived in this area all her life. She worked as a Foster Parent.

Mrs Pina’s Funeral Service and Burial will be Friday December 14, 2007 at St John Cemetery on Allen St in New Bedford Ma. at 1:00 p.m. arrangements are by Perry Funeral Home.
