William Diaz

Providence, RI. William Diaz age 55 years died Sunday August 26th at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the former husband of Maribel Ortiz. He was the father of Claribel and Lilliana Dias both of New Bedford, He was the brother of Carmen Diaz, Luz M. Diaz, Radamez Diaz, and Juan Diaz all of New Bedford, and Maria Del Carmen Diaz of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.

Mr. Dias was the son of the late Juan and Josefina (Colon) Diaz. He was born in Manati, Puerto Rico and has lived in this area for the last 16 years.

Religious Services will be Thursday at Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. at 11 A.M. Visiting Hours will be Wednesday from 5-9 P.M. According with his wishes he will be cremated.
