Diane C. Arcelay

New Bedford, MA.-Diane C. Arcelay age 52 died August 5, 2007 at home .She was the mother of Jazlee Arcelay of New Bedford and Grandmother of Abdul Vargas Jr. She was the sister of David Feliciano and his wife Terri of Conroe, Texas, Liborio Perez of New Bedford, Cynthia Feliciano and her husband Roger Pariseau of New Bedford and Nilsa LaRoca and her husband Nick of New Bedford. She was also the sister of the late Robert C. and Dennis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews .

Mrs Arcelay was the daughter of the late Liborio and Benigna (Cosme) Feliciano. She was born in New Bedford and lived in this area all of her life.

Her funeral will be Thursday August 9, 2007 from the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. at 8:30 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Guadalupe at St. James Parish, on County St. New Bedford at 9:30 A.M. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 5-8 P.M. Burial will take place at Rural.
