Irene M. Perry

New Bedford-Irene M. Perry age 85 years died July 30, 2007. She was the widow of Manuel Perry. She was the mother of Antone and his wife Kathy Perry of Westport, Raymond and his wife Roberta of North Dartmouth, and Daniel and his wife Sandra J. Perry of South Dartmouth. Mrs. Perry was the mother of the late Richard M. and Lawrence Perry. She was the sister of Mary Farias of Fairhaven, and the late Manuel, Antone, and Arthur Medeiros, Aldina Cabral, Evangeline Sylvia, Alice Martin, Olive Avila, and Lillian Openshaw. She was the grandmother of the late Bruce Perry. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, a step-grandson, a step great-grandson, and several nieces, and nephews.

Mrs. Perry was the daughter of the late Antone and Emily (Sylvia) Medeiros. She was born in Fairhaven, and lived in this area all her life.

Mrs. Perry’s Funeral will be from the Perry Funeral Home Thursday August 2nd at 8:45 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church South Dartmouth, at 10 A.M. Visiting hours will be Wednesday evening from 6-8 P.M. at Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St.
