Daniel Rocha

New Bedford-Daniel Rocha of Fairhaven aged 69 years died Saturday June 30, 2007 at St. Luke’s Hospital after a brief illness. He was the brother of Paul Rocha of Framingham, Leonard and Gregory Rocha of New Bedford and Lillian Tremblay of Lakeville, his friend of many years Joseph N. Braga, a deceased Godson Jeffrey L.Braga,and deceased siblings; Joseph Rocha, Edmund Rocha, Evangeline Correia and Pauline Gaj and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Rocha was a son of the late Joseph and Evangeline (Martin) Rocha He was born in New Bedford and lived in this area all his life. He was a part owner of GAJ Industries and was a former Vice President of the 6th Bristol Club. Mr, Rocha served for 19 yrs. In the Army National Guard East 211th Artillery Battery B. and was active during the Berlin Crisis

Relatives and Friends are invited to his visiting hours on Tuesday from 5 to 8 PM. A gathering will follow immediately after visiting hours at the 6th Bristol on Ashley Blvd.

In accordance with his wishes he will be cremated.
