Raymond Robillard

New Bedford -Raymond Joseph Robillard, aged 76 years, died Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at the St. Luke's Hospital after a brief illness. He was the husband of Katherine (Andrade) Robillard of Dartmouth and the father of Joseph L. Robillard of Taunton. Mr. Robillard was the brother of Jeannette Ferreira of Florida, Jeanne Goyette and Paul Robillard both of New Bedford and brother of the late Roland, Norman and Oliva Robillard Jr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Robillard was born in New Bedford, a son of the late Oliva and Bertha (Meesseman) Robillard. He lived in the New Bedford/Dartmouth area all his adult life. Mr. Robillard was employed as a supervisor at My Bread Bakery Co. He was U.S. Marine Corps Veteran of the Korean Conflict and was a member of the Y.M.C.A. and the New Bedford Revolver and Rifle Club.

Mr. Robillard’s funeral will be on Saturday at the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. at 7:15 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Julie Billiart Church at 8:30 A.M. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery #2. Visiting hours are Friday from 6 - 9 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited.
