Maria "Mei-Mei" (Lombard) Lopes

Maria “Mei-Mei”(Lombard) Lopes age 105 years, who passed away Friday, May 11, 2007 at Windermere Nursing and Rehab Vineyard Haven, MA. Ms Lopes was the wife of the late Marcelino Lopes, and John Paulette. She is survived by her son Gilbert John Paulette of La Mesa, CA. and Irene Paulette Dugan of Vineyard Haven, MA., and the late John A. Paulette. She was the loving grandmother of 19 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and, several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Manuel, Louis, Frank, John, and Candida Lombard.

Ms. Lopes was born in Portugal. She was the daughter of the late Antonio and Dominga (de Simoes) Lombard. She was a Homemaker who enjoyed her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Lopes funeral will be Tuesday at 9 A.M. at Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Church at 10 A.M. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery.
