Dorothy Charlotte (Leconte) Perry

Dartmouth - Dorothy Charlotte (Leconte) Perry, age 77 years, died unexpectedly, Thursday, March 15, 2007 at St. Luke’s Hospital. She was the wife of the late Arthur P. Perry. Mrs. Perry was the mother of Jon Leconte husband of Donna, and daughter Paula C. Faria wife of Brian, both of Dartmouth, and Brenda Watts wife of George of Fall River. Mrs. Perry is also survived by 4 grandchildren Melissa, and Chelsea, 3 great-grandchildren and a niece and nephews, and her close friend Helen Ponte.

Mrs. Perry was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Gladys (Frates) Leconte. She was born in New Bedford and lived in this area most her life. Mrs. Perry was garment worker at local factories and she also worked at Stop and Shop.

Mrs. Perry enjoyed her grandchildren, as well as bingo, traveling, Foxwoods, and dining out.

In accordance with her wishes she was cremated and burial will be private.
