Casimiro R. "Caz" Chor Jr.

New Bedford–Casimiro R. “Caz” Chor Jr. aged 48 years, died Sunday at St. Luke’s Hospital unexpectedly. He was the father of Casimiro R. Chor III of Fall River. He was the Fiancée of Paula C. Bolarinho of Dartmouth. He was the brother of Debra Lynne Carvalho and her husband Daniel of Taunton, Eric J. Chor, Earl James Chor and his wife Dee-Dee both of Westport, MA. His maternal grandmother Beatrice (Lomba) Silva of Acushnet, MA., and his late grandmother Laura Chor. He is also survived by an Aunt Laura Monteiro of Wareham, MA., as well as several nieces, and nephews.

Mr. Chor was the son of the late Casimiro R. Chor Sr. and Lorraine (Silva) Chor. He was born in New Bedford, and lived in this area all his life. He was a Police Officer with the City of New Bedford. He was an avid Motorcyclist. He enjoyed shooting a stick of pool.

Mr. Chor’s funeral will be Friday at Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. at 10:30 A.M. Services will start at 11 A.M. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours will be Thursday evening 5-8 P.M. Burial will take place at St. John Cemetery.
