Olive (Medeiros) Goulart

Fairhaven-Olive Goulart aged 94 years died Saturday March 3rd at Our Lady’s Haven. She was the beloved widow of Louis T. Goulart. She was the mother of Charles L. Goulart of Fairhaven, David E. Goulart of New Bedford, and Mildred D. Frates of Mountain View, CA. She was also survived 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

Mrs. Goulart was the daughter of Francisco L. and Rosa (Perry) Medeiros. She was born in New Bedford, and lived in this area all her life. She was a supervisor at Cornell-Dubilier Inc. She worked there for 32 years.

Mrs. Goulart’s Funeral will be Wednesday March 7, 2007 from the Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. at 8:45 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish at St. James, on County St. at 10 A.M., Burial will follow at Cushing Cemetery Mattapoisett. Visiting hours will be Wednesday Morning prior to mass.
