Margaret Rapoza

Fairhaven – Margaret (O’Donnell) Rapoza, age 94, died Saturday, January 13, 2007 at Alden Court Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Manuel Rapoza and mother of Ralph Rapoza of Ponta Gorda, Florida. She is also survived by 5 grand children,Michelle Cenerizio of Fairhaven, Melissa Rapoza of Meridan, Conn, Michael Rapoza of New Bedford, Suzanne Blouin of Newe Bedford and Jennifer D. Mello of New Bedford. 7 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

Mrs. Rapoza was the daughter of the late Michael Joseph O'Donnell and Mary Ethel (Cooper) O'Donnell. She was born in New Bedford and lived in this area all of her life. Mrs. Rapoza was as a floor worker at Langshaw Mfg.

Her funeral will be Friday, January 19, 2007, from the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. at 9 A.M. with a Funeral Mass at 10 A.M. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish at St. James Church, on County St. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 5 - 8 P.M. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
