Ernestina Paulo

New Bedford-Ernestina Paulo age 93 died Sunday December 17, 2006 at Brandon Woods Nursing Home after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Joseph Paulo. She is survived by a son Albert Paul of Laguna Beach California. 2 sisters Maria Silva and Lourdes deMedeiros both of New Bedford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Jose T. Pacheco, Maria Paul and Hortence Paul.

Mrs Paulo was the daughter of the late Elvira C. (Pereira) and Jose Tavares Pacheco. She was born in Sao Miguel, Azores , Portugal and lived in New Bedford for 58 Yrs. Mrs Paulo was employed at Mickey Madann as a stitcher.

Her Funeral will be from the Perry Funeral Home Wednesday December 20, 2006 at 8:00 A.M. with a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at 9:00 A.M. Burial will follow at St John Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 5-8 P.M.
