Louise (Flora) Rodrigues

New Bedford-Louise (Flora) Rodrigues died Sunday October 8, 2006 at St. Luke’s Hospital, after a brief illness. She was the Beloved wife of Joseph Rodrigues of New Bedford. She was the mother of Susan Amaral of Fall River, MA., David Rodrigues, and Sandra Carpenter both of New Bedford, Grandmother of Mark, and Ryan Amaral, Tracy Maio, and Christopher Carpenter, 4 Great-grandchildren. She was the sister of Mildred Moniz of New Bedford.

She was the daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Gomes) Flora. She was born in Acushnet, and lived in this area all her life. She graduated from New Bedford High School.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday October 16, 2006 at St John the Baptist Church at 9:00 A.M. Relatives and Friends are invited to meet at Church.
