Margaret "Peggy" Francis

New Bedford - Margaret “Peggy” (Oliver) Francis formerly of No. Dartmouth passed away Thursday, September 14, 2006 at Brandon Woods of New Bedford after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Milton V. Francis who died July 7, 2003, mother of the late Patricia Hoagland and the late Milton Francis, grandmother of Eric M. Hoagland, Corey Hoagland, Jason Francis and the late Wendy S. Hoagland. She was the sister of William P. Oliver and the late George Oliver. She is also survived by several greatgrandchildren and several nieces and a nephew.

Mrs. Francis was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Ponte) Oliver she was formerly employed as a sales clerk at Cherry and Webb.

Funeral Monday from the Perry Funeral Home at 9 AM with Funeral Services at St. Martin’s Church at 10 AM. Visiting hours will be Sunday from 5 to 8 PM at the Funeral Home. Burial at So. Dartmouth Cemetery
