He was the Husband of Lillian (Rose) Rezendes of New Bedford. the Father of Julia Serpa of Port Orange, Fl., Lillian Pereira of New Bedford, MA., Diane Tavares New Bedford, MA., and Gilbert Rezendes of No. Dartmouth, MA., the brother of Delia Sylva`, Julia Tavares both from New Bedford, MA., and of the late Frank Rezendes 14 Grandchildren, 23 Greatgrandchildren,2 Greatgreatgrandchildren, Several Nieces and Nephews and 2 deceased Grandchildren

Mr. Rezendes was the son of the late Frank and Julia (Souza) Rezendes. He was a cab driver for Standard Cab and was a U.S Army Veteran of World War II

His Funeral Service will be Monday August 28, at 9 AM in the Perry Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mass. National Cemetery. Family and friends are invited. Visiting hours will be Monday August 28, 2006 from 8 to 9:30 A.M. at Perry Funeral Home.
