Ralph J. Cardoza Sr.

Wareham, MA. - Ralph J. Cardoza Sr., age 47, died Sunday, August 13, 2006 at Tobey Hospital. Mr. Cardoza was the father of Ralph J. Cardoza Jr. of New Bedford and the late Michelle Cardoza. He was the loving grandfather of Katelynn Wahnon and Alyson Cardoza both of New Bedford. He was the brother of Valerie Houle, wife of Raymond of Fairhaven, Darlene Lemieux, wife of Jerry of Dartmouth and Jeff Cardoza, husband of Bonnie of Acushnet. He was the former husband of Sharon (Demers) Cardoza of New Bedford, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Cardoza Sr. was born in New Bedford, MA, and lived in this area most of his life. He was the son of George and Mildred (England) Cardoza. He worked as a roofer for Final Touch Home Improvements. Mr. Cardoza was an avid karaoke fan, he enjoyed camping and being with his family.

Mr. Cardoza Sr.’s funeral will be at the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. Wednesday at 8:45 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Church in Fairhaven at 10 A.M.. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 6 – 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family.

In accordance with his wishes he will be cremated.
