Yadiris Rivera

Providence – Yadiris Rivera, age 45, of Pawtucket Passed away on Monday, March 20, 2023 at Miriam Hospital in Providence Rhode Island. She was the beloved wife of Walter R. Vasquez Morales.

Yadiris was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to the late Angel L. Rivera and Lydia Figueroa. She had been a loving homemaker to her family over the years.

She is survived by her daughter Emma Vasquez; her step-daughters Jackie Vasquez, Elizabeth Vasquez, and Ashley Vasquez; her step-grandchildren Esther Estacuy and Josiah Botelho; her sisters Maria Rodriguez, Daisy Rivera, and Amelia Rivera; her brother Danny Rivera; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Yadiris was predeceased by her brothers Manuel Cordero and Angel L. Rivera Jr.

Her visiting hours will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Perry Funeral Home from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM with a cremation to follow.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth Street, New Bedford MA.
