Gary Ronald Correia

Port St. Lucie, Fla. - Gary Ronald Correia, aged 42 yrs. Passed away May 27, 2006 in Port St. Lucie, Fla. He was the Son of Ronald and Geraldine (Tavares) Correia, the brother of Karen Lynn Souza and her Husband Kevin of E. Freetown and Kimberly Ann Correia of No. Dartmouth. He is also survived by 3 nephews, Jared Ethan Fritze, Aiden Ashley Souza, Ashton Kevin Souza, a niece Ariana Ciara Souza, his maternal grandmother Rose M. Tavares-Correia of Fairhaven and an uncle Jeffrey G. Correia of Port St.Lucy He was the grandson of the late Joseph and Bertha Correia and Manuel Tavares, He was also the nephew of the late Manuel Tavares Jr.He is also survived by two aunts, and several cousins.

Mr. Correia was born in New Bedford and lived here most of his life. He was employed by Sax 5th Ave as a manager.

Mr. Correia’s Visiting hours are Sunday, June 4, 2006 from 6 - 8 P.M. at the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. His Funeral Mass and interment are private at the request of the family.
