Angel Luis Rivera Jr.

New Bedford – Angel Luis Rivera Jr., age 62, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 4, 2023.

Angel was born in Manati, Puerto Rico and was the beloved son of Isabel (Natal) Rivera and the late Angel Luis Rivera Sr. He had been a self employed laborer in the area for many years before retiring.

Angel is survived by his mother Isabel (Natal) Rivera; his children Taisha Rivera, Angel L. Rivera III, Anthony Rivera, and Natasha Rivera; his grandchildren Adrian, Analeigh, Anjaliyah, Angel, Naviely, J.J., Eliana, Briella, Alaia, and the twins Kassidy and Jaylize; his siblings Maria, Daisy, Danny, Yadiris, and Amelia; and his life companion Leticia Cotto; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Angel was predeceased by his brother Manuel Cordero.

Angel's visiting hours will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Perry Funeral Home from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. with a cremation to follow.
