P>Palm Harbor, Fla.- Manuel R. Jorge passed away Monday May 29, 2006. He was the Husband of the late Maria(Liberio)Jorge, Father of Maria R. Rosa and Her Husband Jose of New Bedford, Maria L. Brum and Her Husband Jose of Hilmar, California, Maria J. Matos of Hilmar, California, Connie J. Brum and Her Husband Dimas of Palm Harbor, Florida and Manuel R. Jorge and His Wife Joyce of New Bedford, 9 Grand and 5 Greatgrandchildren.

Mr. Jorge was a Son of Manuel and Luisa (Gloria) Jorge He was born in the Azores and lived in New Bedford for 25 yrs. Formerly of 122 Bonney St.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday June 3, 2006. Followed by the burial at St. John’s Cemetery. Visiting Hours will be Friday June 2, 2006 from 7 to 9 PM at the Perry Funeral Home.
